Full-time Posisiton
Position Summary: To work in the Production Department to custom build a wide range of Monosem Planters used for specialty & row crop planting.
Be able to work in a team environment, follow instructions from lead team member to produce final product in an efficient manner. Welding a plus with the ability to solve unforeseen challenges.
Essential Functions:
Work in a small production team to produce a finished product
Be able to align, fit and adjust mechanical components to required specifics.
Inspect components used for quality and correctness.
Be responsible as a part of a team for the finished product.
Be able to operate forklift and help load finished planter onto truck bed
Perform other work related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude
Reliable
Quality minded, attention to detail
Able to work independently and with others in order to maintain a team environment
Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to understand metric as well as English measurements
Proficient with hand and air tools. Own general tools required.
Preferred previous experience with mechanical equipment.
